We love helping buyers find the home of their dreams.

The process of buying a property step by step

That's why we work with each client individually, taking the time to understand their lifestyle, needs, and desires. This is more than just numbers or a specific zip code.

What to expect when working with us:

What we offer? As part of our service, we are committed to helping you find your home by:

◼ Previewing homes in advance on your behalf

◼ Personally touring homes and areas with you.

◼ Keeping you informed of new homes on the market.

◼ Helping you preview homes on the web

◼ Advising you on other homes sold in the area and their amount.

◼ Working with you until we find your dream home.

Why pre-qualify?

We recommend that our buyers obtain pre-financing before starting the search for their home. Knowing exactly what the purchase budget for the home is reduces the potential for frustration when looking for homes outside that budget. Making an offer Once the house you want is selected, we will prepare the offer for you. Although most of the offer documents are standardized, there are some areas that can help in the negotiation, such as: The Price. What you offer for a property will depend on several factors, including the condition of the property, time on the market, buyer activity, seller urgency, and many more. The day of possession of the property. If you can be flexible on the possession time, the seller may be more willing to choose your offer than others.

How will you tell me about the homes available in the market?

The MLS (Multiple Listing System) provides up-to-date information on each home that is for sale. We constantly review the new listings on the market. This information will reach you immediately through the most convenient communication method for you, email or phone.

Will you only inform me about properties listed with Solid Rock or other companies?

We will inform you of all homes for sale. We want you to find the home of your dreams, so we search through all the available homes on the market.

Once the offer has been accepted, what should I do?

Celebrate your new home! The conditions in the offer will be reviewed and completed (e.g., inspection, financing, home insurance, etc.) Then focus on moving day, for which I will give you a list that will help you remember some details. You will also need to consider the expenses that will be needed at the closing of the transaction, which I will help you estimate.

Additional Items

Sometimes the seller plans to leave some appliances or other furniture in the home. However, any extra items that you want to leave on the property are a matter of negotiation. Normally, the buyer is not present when the offer is made, we do it for you to the seller or their agent. The seller will then make one of the following decisions: • Accept the Offer • Counter-offer with changes • Reject the offer

Our goal is to make the buying, selling, or investment process totally efficient for you.

We don't just help people buy or sell their properties, we build relationships that will last forever.

For us, providing exceptional service involves everything necessary to make your dream of owning a home a reality. For those who want to sell, it involves more than just putting an ad on their property; it requires making the right decisions throughout the entire selling process.
